CIRQUE FIT– right from the beginning: This is an adult class for anyone wanting to kickstart their body into feeling strong and fit again This is a class for everyone – no previous skills or fitness levels are required. Come try it out. Nothing to lose, and tone to gain!
HAND BALANCING & CORE CONDITIONING: Hand-balancing is an incredible bodyweight workout. Improve your Flow with hand balancing practice! This is a progressive program designed to help you develop advanced hand balancing disciplines and skills, regardless of your current level.

UNICYCLE, ROLLA BOLLA & JUGGLING: Starting Tuesday 21 August!
Delivered by the delightful and outrageously dextrous Luke Forrester, this term program is designed to get you balanced on a wheel, a rolla and manipulating balls, batons, hats, diablos. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and expand your basic skills to the next level. If you are keen in this class, but have no experience, please contact us to discuss other options.
(Some juggling and/or unicycle skills required).

CIRCUS HOOP TRICKS: Starting Thursday 23 August!
Come take advantage of this opportunity to work with Circus hoop maestro Eve Everard while she is in WA. She will take you on a journey of discovery. Come transform your basic hoop tricks into mesmerising circular patterns from head to toes.
(basic hoop experience required, not for absolute beginners).

Circus Fitness is for everyone. This class is perfect if you want to try circus for the first time, or you already attend classes. This class will strengthen muscles in your core and back, and improve balance, posture and flexibility.
