Enrolments

Term 3 : 11th July – 1st October 2011

Enrolments open on the 11th July , and registrations for inclusion in the term will close at the beginning of Week 4 (Monday 1st August). We will not accept any further new students after this date.

Term 4 : 17th October 17th December 2011

(Enrolments will not open until the 3rd October )

Each term you must fill in a new enrolment form – these are available to download below – and are available at WACS to complete before class should you not be able to print this out.

Please note that enrolment forms will only be accepted with handwritten details and signatures.

Process of enrolment

1. Contact WACS by phone or email to register your interest in the class.
2. Download the enrolment form, fill in and return via email or post – if you cannot download the form below, they are available at the WA Circus School for you to fill in at your first class.
3. Fill in all pages and ensure you’ve signed the indemnity form.
4. Either: complete payment in advance by cheque or online transfer. We will accept cash or eftpos at the first class.

Payment of Fees

Enrolment in any WACS class incurs a full term’s fees, payable by Week 3. WACS offers a payment plan options – please contact the office for more details.

Insurance and Administration Fee $35

Payable once per calendar year, once per family

Membership Fee $10

This is a voluntary contribution, payable once per calendar year
