WA Circus School offers  a range of weekly classes for ages 3yrs to adults, circus is a great way to Be Active and Be silly. Beginners are always welcome!

Class Details

ACROBALANCE

Great for all levels and abilities, duo, trio and group balances are taught in a fun and safe environment. Learn dragons, standing on shoulders, swans, back birds, foot-sits, Catherine wheels just to name a few. Bring a partner or work with the group.

ACROBATICS

Circus Camp 2009 Show and Tell 8This is a great work out, high impact and  high energy training. Catering for beginner, intermediate and advanced acrobats. Training in tumbling, vaulting, flexibility, handsprings, exercises for flexibility & core strength, with an insight into more specialised fields such as trampoline and advanced tumbling. .

AERIALS – BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATES**

** Students who wish to enrol in aerials must complete Aerial Conditioning  or Cirque prior

_MG_7230Take to the sky! This class covers Static Trapeze, Rope, Tissu/ Silks  [long cloth suspended from the ceiling] and Lyra [aerial hoop]. Action happens in the air, but don’t worry we set the trapezes low for our beginners so you can feel at ease while learning many new manoeuvres.

Training includes drills, technique, core and upper body strength work as well as routine and act creation.

**AERIAL CONDITIONING

A must as preparation for Aerials classes or as part of your personal fitness program. Cardio, core and upper body work, strength exercises , climbing methods, floor and air work. All levels welcome, not just for aerialists.

This class is all about play, designed for  toddlers to explore circus in a fun and safe environment.

Parents/ guardians must stay and participate.

CIRQUE

Cirque ClassesA fun introduction to circus!

This class covers the basics of juggling, hula hoops, tumbling, and diabolo, stilt walking, and unicycle, spinning plates, devil sticks, adagio, staff, poi and developing core strength. This class caters for students at a beginner level through to advanced in their age group.

CIRQUE TEENS

_DSC8845 This class will take you to the next level and further develop  your skills in; Juggling, Hula hoops, Diablo, Rope handstands, flexibility, unicycle , acrobatics, stilt walking, human pyramids, table diving and sliding , comedy character development and acting and core strength development.

JUGGLE JAM

This is the time to come and show us what you got! For all the Hula Hoopists, Unicyclists, Diaboloists, jugglers and anyone else who would like to have a jam with their manipulations skills. Hosted by Dream State Circus, this is a great session to come meet others and socialise.
